Anglican Care Centre (Yishun) is a day rehabilitation centre which facilitates persons with mental health issues (PMHI) in achieving rehabilitation goals and recovery through different work units according to the members' interest and preference. Practical life skills training, such as Wellness and Recovery Action Plans (WRAP), helps to empower them to sustain their recovery in the community. Social and recreational activities are organised to strengthen their ability to integrate into the community.

Provide guidance to the peer leaders (clients) in preparation and execution of either rehab or sports programmes under the following categories:

1) Physical Wellness

2) Mental Wellness

3) Social Skills

4) General Knowledge

5) Activities of Daily Life

6) Technology
